Customer’s Requirements:
Pella was located in an aging facility with an assortment of furniture that had been purchased over the years. The decision to build a new facility opened the door to create an atmosphere more conducive to department interaction while maintaining an open office environment. Distinct areas were required for each department. Their desire was to have a product that could provide flexibility between the open environment and private offices.

The Solution
The Kimball Office product combination of Footprint and Xsite
proved to be the winning solution for Pella. Xsite provided
a unique aesthetic for the open area, creating a casually
sophisticated look. The components within the Footprint offering
transitioned easily from the workstations into the private
offices keeping a consistent look for the total environment.
